An ice cream bar/shop/place/heaven/whatever you want to call it located on the edge of the beach in Solarpeak, where anyone can come eat any kind of ice cream and other frozen and cold things though they offer waffles and other warm/hot things along with them too. You can either eat anything there or grab anything from there with you or get a delivery to wherever you are right now!

The all-you-can-eat buffet, where you can eat as much ice cream as you want, is always open too~!
